Welcome To Crownpointe Commerce Business Park
Welcome to the Crownpointe Commerce Park website. The website hopes to keep all owners current on activities going on inside the park. We are just launching the site and will add more content and overtime will allow log in credentials so owners can keep the profile updated. If you are looking for some background on the park, read on!
The park was originally developed in 1989 and is currently is home to twenty-nine diverse owners and tenants who utilize the "Park" for retail industrial, office, athletic training and condo office/warehouse. The "Park" consist of 195.37 acres located on Kingspointe Parkway. Crownpointe is ideally located and provides quick access to several major highway and interstates including 1-4, Bee Line Expressway, Sand Lake Road and John Young Parkway. As mentioned, The park is within one mile of International Drive which consists of second largest Convention Center in USA, hotels, restaurants, retail and other activities.

The official hurricane season for the Atlantic Basin (the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico) is from 1 June to 30 November. The peak of the season is from mid-August to late October. However, deadly hurricanes can occur anytime in the hurricane season.
